Getting to The Godfrey Hotel Boston

If you’re visiting us from out of town, there are several ways you could arrive at our hotel in Downtown Crossing.  While you can always drive or take a cab when you arrive in town, we’re also easily accessible via the MBTA.

From Boston Logan Airport:

From any terminal at Logan, you can take the Silver line to South Station for free. Once you’ve arrived at South Station, you have two options:

  • If you want to stretch your legs, we’re a ~10 minute walk. Once you exit South Station, take a left on Summer Street and walk until you come to Washington Street. Take another left onto Washington Street and we’re two blocks down on the right.
  • If you would rather get as close to the hotel on the T as possible, you’ll want to switch trains at South Station. After getting off the Silver line, take the stairs up one level and take the Red Line (towards Alewife) for one stop. Get off at Downtown Crossing. Once on the street level, walk down Washington Street in the direction of the theater district and you’ll find us on the right side of the street.

From South Station:

Just like if you’re arriving from Logan Airport you have two options:

  • Once you exit South Station, take a left on Summer Street and walk until you come to Washington Street. Take another left onto Washington Street and we’re two blocks down on the left.
